Dream Water Collection

A quiet study of fluid lines and composed silhouettes.
Inspired by childhood summers near still water, the collection moves through soft volumes, calm tones, and restrained sensuality.

Like a water lily rising from opaque depths, each piece reflects a kind of beauty that does not compete — it unfolds.

Light, balanced, and self-contained.

Dream Water was created during the first months of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, when I left Kyiv for my grandmother’s home in a small village in the Vinnytsia region — the place that shaped my childhood.

Amidst the profound uncertainty, I searched for grounding, for something to hold on to. I found it in the quiet rhythm of village life and nature's slow transition from winter to spring — a gentle reminder that life persists, even when the world feels like it's falling apart.

That first summer of the war unfolded by the Snyvoda River, a place that has always captivated me, particularly when it is blanketed in white water lilies. Its name comes from Ukrainian, combining the words for "dreams" and "water."

My grandmother, Halinka, was a seamstress; her home was a sanctuary filled with fabric. As a child, I spent hours lost among scraps of cloth, sewing garments for my dolls. She passed away in 2023, but she witnessed my first steps in sewing. She was never one for lavish praise, so her simple "You'll do fine" felt like a profound blessing.

For me, Dream Water is a homecoming — a return to childhood warmth, security, and boundless imagination.
