Each MOSAÏKA order is carefully prepared and shipped from Ukraine.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
SHIPPING WITHIN UKRAINE
Orders within Ukraine are processed on a full prepayment basis.
Delivery is carried out via Nova Post and takes 1–2 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are paid by the recipient according to the carrier’s rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We ship worldwide using trusted international postal and express services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free standard international shipping is available on orders over $350.
Estimated delivery times:
USA & Europe: 7–14 business days (Express options available for select destinations in 3–7 business days).
Rest of the World: 14–21 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing.
We do not ship to russia and belarus.
TAXES & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by local customs authorities.
All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
