MOSAÏKA is a modular fashion brand built around transformation. Detachable elements allow each piece to be worn in multiple ways, extending its function and lifespan. Our collections are designed as a cohesive wardrobe, where base pieces integrate effortlessly with one another. Through modular design and refined styling, we reveal new potential in what you already own.

Where are your pieces made?
All MOSAÏKA pieces are designed and produced in Ukraine.
We work closely with local manufacturers, supporting craftsmanship and maintaining high quality standards.
PRODUCTS
How do detachable elements work?
Different pieces use different fastening methods, carefully selected for both function and comfort. These include garment hooks with reinforced fabric loops, jewelry-style clasps with metal rings, and snap buttons for elements such as decorative ribbons.
Are detachable elements sold separately?
Most detachable elements are sold separately, allowing you to build your own combinations and expand your wardrobe over time.
Do detachable accessories come with the garment?
Not always.
Many MOSAÏKA detachable accessories are sold separately. Product descriptions clearly indicate which elements are included with each item.
What is included in my order?
Each product page specifies exactly what is included in the purchase.
As many MOSAÏKA pieces are part of a modular system, detachable accessories shown in styling images may be sold separately unless explicitly listed as included.
Are feather straps sold as a pair?
Yes.
All feather straps are sold as a pair unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Do feather pieces require special care?
Yes. Feather elements should be handled gently and stored carefully to preserve their shape and appearance.
Each feather is attached by hand in a way that avoids excessive pressure on the quill, allowing for natural movement and helping to prevent breakage. Because of this delicate nature, occasional shedding may occur.
We recommend storing feather pieces in a dry environment and avoiding contact with water, as moisture may affect their structure and appearance.
For your convenience, we include spare feathers with your order, so you can easily replace an element if needed.

Why does "WESTERN BID" appear on my card statement?
International payments are processed through Western Bid, Inc., our Merchant of Record.
As a result, "WESTERN BID" may appear as the payee on your PayPal account or credit card statement.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide, excluding Russia, Belarus, Brazil, India, Mexico, Venezuela, Yemen, Syria, and North Korea.
Shipping availability and rates for your location will be automatically calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
