RETURNS
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items may be returned or exchanged if:
- they do not meet your expectations in terms of size, fit, or color
- they have a manufacturing defect
If an exchange is not available, you may choose another item or receive a refund.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition:
- unworn and unused
- free from stains, makeup, or perfume
- with all original tags attached
- in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

You will receive further instructions after your request is reviewed by our team.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
Processing time: 5–7 business days
Please note:
- return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable
- any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- made-to-order or customized items
- items without original packaging or tags
- items showing signs of wear or use
- items that have been washed or dry-cleaned
- items used for photo or video production
- swimwear, underwear, hosiery, and nightwear
